Remove/Update Storage Class message displayed during edit
Description
Description: When editing a DB cluster in the Everest UI, the Storage class field is visible but not editable. However, the UI still shows info/message suggesting users can choose a storage class based on performance needs. This is confusing since the selection cannot actually be changed during edit.
Expectation:
If the Storage class field is not editable:
The message should be removed or updated to reflect that the storage class is fixed and can not get edited.
Alternatively, the entire storage class section should be hidden during edit to avoid misleading the user.
