Add support for Google Cloud Storage for backups

    Description

      Currently due to limitations in pgbackrest Google Cloud Storage (GCS) cannot be used for storing backups even with S3 protocol.

      pgbackrest recently received an update where GCS is natively supported. We are going to incorporate this feature in our Operator in this improvement.
