      We found that defaults-file option doesn't work now

      STR:
      Use dev-latest and try to add MySQL with specified --defaults-option:

      nailya.kutlubaeva@bm-dell02-qanqa01:~$ pmm-admin add mysql --defaults-file=/home/nailya.kutlubaeva/my.cnf 
Neither socket nor address passed.
nailya.kutlubaeva@bm-dell02-qanqa01:~$ cat /home/nailya.kutlubaeva/my.cnf
[client]
host=127.0.0.1 
port=12345 
user=root123 
password=root-password123
