FB for Postgres Exporter shipped with Compression changes has multiple failures

A bunch of problems was observed:

1) All monitoring connections got terminated, and the service added for monitoring no longer exist after a few mins

2) When I try to make multiple connections, I start seeing errors about "error connection slots" see attached Image

STR:

1) Setup PMM-Server from FB

2) Use the tarball client to install and setup the client node

3) Setup PGSQL database, connect it to monitoring

4) Try adding the same Instance for monitoring for 7-8 times with different service name, it would give error on connection slots

5) Wait for few mins and you will see all services you added have been stopped from being monitored, if you check agent log it has errors related to collectors etc.
