In recent version of 2.28.0 not able to edit /etc/grafana/grafana.ini file

HI
i am trying to enable ldap.
I am not able to edit /etc/grafana/grafana.ini file which i am ablet to see as read only also all content was not seen before
pls let me know how to edit and enable ldap if path is changed

Note: Able to edit with 2.26.0 version only happening with latest version 2.28.0
