User impact:

Can't run 2.30.0 in k8s - container doesn't report correct status.

Actual result:

timed out waiting for the condition on pods/pmm-0

Expected result:

all tests are passed

Workaround:

none so far

Details:

it takes to much time for dev-latest to report status. It either expected, and tests should be changed, or it is some bug.
