Adding services by CLI requires page reload or waiting around 5 mins (there's an 5 min interval to update the services list)

Adding/removing services through UI should update the left side menu with the currently active services.

    Description

      Problem:

After new menu structure with separate icons and presentation for each services (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL etc), PMM menu gets longer and crowded. Users have to scroll down to find what they're looking. And also having all dashboards for not monitored db doesnt makes sense for users.
