clicking on help in grafana side menu brings you to the home page

in PMM 2.30, in the grafana sidemenu, clicking on ? help icon brings you to the home page, no matter what dashboard you are currently viewing. Was this design/purpose? I dont think it should be taking you anywhere...it should stay open so that you can choose from the help menu - not what I would call a good user experience. I clicked here bc I wanted help, not go to the home dashboard.
