MongoDB Exporter Diagnostic Data collector Average scrape time is too high

Based on the recent, smart metrics collection...we observed the average collection time for the Diagnostic Data MongoDB collector is too high, it should be in < 1-second range. 

STR:

1) Add MongoDB with a very basic load

2) Add it for monitoring without any additional collectors

3) Wait for a few mins, and go to the Prometheus exporter status dashboard

4) Navigate to Mongo Section
