Description
Need:
When RC is ready, non-engineers should be able to play with PMM that is built from RC docker image.
Acceptance Criteria:
- once the release-candidate job completes successfully, it
- launches a RC version of AMI instance with a lifetime of 14 days.
- adds the following line to the regular notification message: "RC v2.32.0 deployed to: https://<pmm-server>"
