Description
As per PMM-7000 we can now see clients being able to push metrics for the duration when PMM-Server was down or there was a network outage, we tried to sample this and see how long duration would be enough to see metrics from client nodes.
When we turned PMM-Server down for 60-120 mins, it was able to get back all metrics from client nodes when the server was back up, these metrics were visible within first 5 mins of the server starting up and getting metrics from agents, but when we tried for 24+ hours, we started seeing gaps in the client metrics.
As you can see in the attached screenshot from a client node that started pushing metrics when server was available, we could only get upto last 10 hours.
