      Problem:
      for a user User, it's now complicated to edit a DB cluster using the current popup as it's small for the current amount of information, and we are planning to add more

      • popups to Create DB Cluster converted to the page
      • Advanced options section - collapsed (as it is not visible to the users right now in the popup by default )
