PMM Scaled Instance monitoring 1000 nodes, gives Error 414 Request URL too large

While testing PMM 2.33.0 scalability and analyzing the behavior with a heavy load, one issue observed was on the UI while accessing Dashboards. 

Users when navigating to QAN, Mysql Instance Overview dashboard etc, and as soon as the dashboard loads an error popup is seen. 

The same error message can be seen when requesting for data for a bigger duration like last 30 days, some of the dashboards can't process the response and end up with the below error message

Expected Behaviour: No Error message about Large requests should be visible, we should probably handle this with our defaults.
