    Description

      https://github.com/dliakhov/pmm_grafana_backup_tool contains util which can export/import Grafana dashboards.

      But this tool should have abilti to:

      • Import/export folders
      • Import/export library panels

      Please double check what else we need to import/export for Portal PMM instances.

      Also it makes sense to move this util to the Percona Platform Github organisation.
