From MariaDB 10.5.8-5, we should grant REPLICAT MONITOR to the PMM user

The documentation page Create a database account for PMM needs to be updated with a section for MariaDB: from version 10.5.8-5, REPLICATION CLIENT is no longer working for issuing SHOW REPLICA STATUS, it is now necessary to provide the REPLICA MONITOR privilege to the PMM user, and potentially BINLOG MONITOR, as explained in: https://mariadb.com/kb/en/grant/#replica-monitor
