Seps To Reproduce:

• add mongodb instance without cluster
• open "MongoDB Overview" dashboard
• select newly created instance for "$host" template variable

current result:
the instance does not exist in the list

expected result:
the instance is selectable

Tasks

1. Add a new FAQ entry: Why does my MongoDB server not appear on the MongoDB Overview dashboard?

   * Check for defined cluster name - pmm-admin list (shows cluster name if defined)
   * Show how to define a cluster name in MongoDB using mongo client
