Incorrect Query_time value for Per Query Stats, MongoDB QAN

Description

With the below query:

Millis shows 

But in PMM, it is reported as:

Which indicates the lack of /1000 on the actual millisecond value.

Indeed, time reported by profiler is in ms but in QAN we present it in seconds. I've made a fix that should end up in 1.6.

  • Server/CLient OS Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
