Standard Exporter Metrics - Add to MySQLD Exporter

      It looks like for some reason standard metrics which Exporters reports were
      removed from our MySQLD Exporter, perhaps by mistake

      These metrics should be added back (high resolution as they are cheap) so
      exporter uptime and resource usage can be easily monitored

      Example of standard metrics all other exporters seems to have
