      Description

      1. I installed PMM server on Ubuntu (201803212042 build) with SSL
      2. then I installed and configured 1.9.0 pmm-client on CentOS 6.8
      3. but then I'm trying to add MongoDB to monitoring it fails on Adding mongodb:queries step:
unable to dump request: http: ContentLength=245 with Body length 0
        2018/03/22 13:05:27 response:
        < HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
        < Content-Length: 31
        < Access-Control-Allow-Headers: Content-Type,Authorization
        < Access-Control-Allow-Methods: GET,PUT,POST,DELETE
        < Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *
        < Connection: keep-alive
        < Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8
        < Date: Thu, 22 Mar 2018 13:05:27 GMT
        < Server: nginx
        <
        < {"Error":"agent not connected"}
[mongodb:queries] Error adding MongoDB queries: timeout 10s waiting on agent to connect to API.

And pmm-admin list doesn't work, so I should remove all pmm related config from /etc/init.d directory and after that I'm able to execute pmm-admin repair firstly

      [nailya.kutlubaeva@bm-qanqa05 ~]$ sudo pmm-admin list
We have found system services disconnected from PMM server.
Usually, this happens when data container is wiped before all monitoring services are removed or client is uninstalled.

      Orphaned local services: pmm-mongodb-queries-0

To continue, run 'pmm-admin repair' to remove orphaned services.
      [nailya.kutlubaeva@bm-qanqa05 ~]$ sudo pmm-admin repair
Problem repairing the installation: "service" failed: exit status 1, Stopping pmm-mongodb-queries-0............
Not stopped; may still be shutting down or shutdown may have failed
      [nailya.kutlubaeva@bm-qanqa05 ~]$ sudo rm -rf /etc/init.d/pmm-*
      [nailya.kutlubaeva@bm-qanqa05 ~]$ sudo pmm-admin repair
      OK, removed 2 orphaned services.
      [nailya.kutlubaeva@bm-qanqa05 ~]$ sudo pmm-admin list
      pmm-admin EXPERIMENTAL

But it doesn't help with adding mongodb:queries
      Adding only mongodb:metrics works great.

PMM server installed on Ubuntu 16.04 and pmm-client on CentOS 6.8, MongoDB server version: 3.4.7
