      Description

I have some relatively expensive queries to run that collect metrics from a lot of tables I have. I have failover replicas for all of my masters that are mostly unused until they are promoted to master. I'd like to only run this metric collection on the slaves, to not increase the load on my masters.

I think this can be s a general use case, where before running something expensive, a pre-query runs to see if anything has changed. It'd be nice if PMM exposed another field in the yaml called `prequery` or something, expecting a truthy value back, and only run the real query if the prequery returns true.
