      PMM Server (CentOS 7.6)

      PMM Client (MongoDB 4.0, CentOS 7.6)

      Description

      I followed the instructions to enable MongoDB profiling at the instance level:

      /etc/mongod.conf

      ...

      operationProfiling:
        slowOpThresholdMs: 200
        mode: slowOp

      ...

      Bounced the service. Able to get retrieve profiling level from the instance:

      > use admin;
      switched to db admin
      > db.getProfilingLevel()
      1

      When I select the Query Analytics, I continue to receive:

      There is no query data because profiling is not enabled for the selected host. For information about how to enable profiling, see Configuring profiling in MongoDB in PMM documentation.

      I tried with MongoDB 3.6 and still get the error.

      In the PMM documentation, it specifies to enable profiling at the instance level using:

      operationProfiling:
         slowOpThresholdMs: 200
         mode: slowOp
         rateLimit: 100

      However, --rateLimit is only available with PSMDB; not MongoDB.
