Combine Disk Dashboards into one

The goal: We have 2 Disk related dashboard. We can save links and menu to have them combined. Additional it will be easy to see all the information about the disk on one page

Todo:

• combine into one dashboard
• Have repeated rows (collapsed by default) for each  'mount point' or 'device.'  
• Totals graphs are  open
• extend Disk usage with information about actual Numbers of used space, not only the % (it's hard to understand what amount used by % only )
