Its' not possible to add MongoDB remotely if password has # symbol

    Description

      STR:

      1. Install latest PMM2 (201909061732)
      2. install pmm2-client
      3. Create MongoDB user with "s3cR#tpa$$worD" password:
      4. Try to add this Mongo instance via UI:

      Given result: The user cannot be added because of the error:

      Expected result: The instance is added

      I checked adding Mongo with this user's password via CLI and everything was ok

      Then I changed user's password to "qweqwe" and was able to add MongoDB instance via UI
