QAN to Menu linking

The Problem: When the user opens QAN and applies some filters he needs to reselect some filters on Overview dashboards if he goes there from QAN

Example:

• On QAN I can add filtering `evnironment=dev`
• As User I expect - If I'll go to MySQL Instances Overview dashboard - I'll see only Environment = Dev

*The list of Filters we should pass: *
node_name, service_name, environment, region, cluster, replication_set

Possible solution: pass parameters to existed variables in Grafana Dashboard for QAN
