      Description

When you use a custom username (named other than a database, i.e. pmm_user) for collection of PostgreSQL Query Analytics data from pg_stat_statements you get an error like the following:

2019-10-21 21:20:00.002 UTC [8477] FATAL:  database “pmm_user” does not exist

We should add an option for PostgreSQL called --database and default of postgres so that we can allow connections that don't log an error.
