Description
Why: we need to have additional verification on the user based on Amazon Marketplace rules
Use Case: As a PMM User who installed PMM AMI using AWS Marketplace I need to be asked for my Instance ID so that I can prove my access to AWS Console
- Installation page for AMI where the user is forced to enter AMI Instance ID goes before Grafana Login page
- We need to use Design from PMM1 (need to be added to the issue )
- There is no need of line "Instance ID verification --> Account Credentials" because we have only one page for now
- This needs to be SAP because will work outside of QAN and Grafana
- saved, probably, as the previous version in pmm-server
