Wrong values are shown when changing the time range for the Node Summary Dashboard in case of remote instances

On changing the time range for Node Summary Dashboard when accessing a summary of a Remotely added Node, it changes the variable var-host and shows data for the wrong instance. 

Steps to Recreate are simple:

1) Add a Mongo Db remote instance 
2) Go to MongoDB Instance Summary Dashboard
3) Click on the Node Report, it should redirect to Node Summary Dashboard for the remote instance host

4) The first load seems fine, but try changing the time range, and it should reset the var-host in the URL to a different instance.
