Option to upload snapshots to Percona not working in "Share Dashboard" feature

After upgrade to 2.1.0 the snapshot sharing functionality is not working correctly anymore. It's back to raintank.io (see attached screenshots).

STR:

1. Install pmm 2.0.0. or 2.0.1
2. Perform Update to the latest released version (2.1.0)
3. wait until the update is done and Grafana is restarted
4. Open any dashboard -> Share

Expected Results

• Option to share with Percona

Given result

• Only an option to share locally or with raintank
