PMM:1 qan always displays first seen queries

STR

1. Install PMM 1.X
2. Wait for some time
3. Open QAN
4. Change time period to a shorter one
5. Check queries and change First Seen filter

Expected results
Ability to see new and All queries if you switch First Seen
Given Results
Only New queries presented or message that there is nothing to show

Original report
The XHR URL that it generates contains first_seen=undefined for All queries
