Switching to the Settings dashboard was breaking the visual style of some elements on the Home dashboard

We have an issue with Style being lost on Home Dashboard, the steps to reproduce this on `dev-latest` 

1. Clear Browser Cache,
2. Open Home Dashboard
3. Navigate to PMM Settings
4. Now Click on Dashboards Icon in the left sidebar Panel and select Home Dashboard,

 
when the home page loads, the styling for Update Widget and all other tiles in Environment Overview section is lost.
