      Description

      Add qan-api2 logs for INSERTs.
      Add metrics for INSERTS: qan_api2_data_ingestion_batch_save_seconds, qan_api2_data_ingestion_buckets_per_batch, etc.
      Add metrics for *sql.DB: go_sql_connections_idle, go_sql_connections_in_use.

      There are no dashboards for those metrics, but they are discoverable in Prometheus UI or Data Exploration dashboard.
