Reduce amount and size of ClickHouse logs

    Description

      Now default values are used:
      Size: 1Gb
      Amount: 10

      So clickhouse logs can occupy 10Gb of disk space. It seems to much especially for a cloud installation.
      I think it would be enough to keep only a current log file and a previous one with size limit - 100Mb.
