Inventory page has inaccessible tabs that need reload to access

User Impact:

User has to reload Inventory page because tabs shift to left and become inaccessible 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Setup PMM with default configuration
2. login as admin
3. click on PMM menu in right top corner
4. select PMM Add Instance
5. click on PMM menu in right top corner again
6. select PMM Inventory
7. click on Agents tab
8. click on Nodes tab

Actual Result:

Tabs were shifted to the left and became inaccessible (see attached screenshot)

Expected Result:

Tabs should remain the same position
