Annotations not showing consistently on dashboards

This parameter is mainly enabled in all dashboards.  It's required to verify and enable it for all dashboards.

e.g.

STR:

• Install a pmm-server
• Add a PMM annotation

  [[email protected] ~]$ pmm-admin annotate HotNight
  Annotation added.
  

• Check dashboards
  On some dashboards the annotation is shown
  
  But some dashboards are not showing the annotation due to disabled "Match any" parameter
