      Description

      User Impact:

      • on PMM  Demo it always errors message when I'm looking into queries an additional request to the server when the user did not request Explain. This makes the load on pmm server  and on Database Server

      STR

      • Open any query in PMM demo if you not logged in  (to see an error )
      • See in Colsole - the requests to the server with Actions   

      Additional Bug:  Infinite loop in this case in Explain Tab . Looks like no error handling
