Stale content remains visible during reload

The problem:

1) the  "effect" we have with keeping OLD content of the tab visible  (but with loader)  is not good  because the loader not easy to see 

2) Query Time Discribution  section is NOT  covered by  the loader and  "blurring"

Possible solution:

• cover by loader all content of the section, not only details 
• try to do loader brighter and content darker
