Change style for error messages on Add RDS instance page

STR:

1. Open PMM Add Instance -> Add an AWS RDS instance
2. Click on Discover

Given result: See screenshot

The same error message appears then you're trying to submit the next form with empty fields.

Expected result:
Error messages on Add RDS/remote instance pages should have the same style as on other PMM pages
