Formulas have to be fixed. Parenthesis are placed into wrong places so if metrics node_memory_MemAvailable_bytes is exist then node_memory_SwapFree_bytes is not considered.

Also it's required to omit using function max_over_time.
e.g.
total memory usage is spiking above total memory available... because of the max_over_time you applied
