Improve Messages and links for failed image rendering

    Description

      Ths problem: In PMM-6597  we created instructions on how to install an Image rendering plugin into PMM

       

      But in PMM we still reference Grafana instructions. so we are not consumiong our instructiuons  

       

       

      Proposed solution: replace the text with:  

      To render a panel image, you must install the Image Renderer plugin. Please contact your PMM administrator to install the plugin.
