In low screen resolutions Services submenu wraps, becomes obscured, and can't be accessed

    Description

      Impact on the user: UX is affected and navigation in PMM very hard in some resolutions and dashboards where the menu jumps to left  **  

       

      I can't access to Services submenu, it is not accessible after it drops-down, see screenshot
