Query Analytics: Time interval not preserved when using filter panel dashboard shortcuts

Impact on the user: 

The user goes to another dashboard with different Time interval and this may lead to a misread of the graph or other reason why they will not see the problem 

STR:

1. Open QAN
2.  select time interval for the last 15 min 
3. click to Icon near the Service Name 

Expected result: 

Service-related dashboard with 15 min interval 

Given result:

Service-related dashboard with default 12h interval
