VictoriaMetrics updated to v1.50.2: Includes HTML pages vs JSON output and new functions available for alerting rules

 User Story:

As PMM user i need to be able to have  VM 1.50.2 inside my PMM server so that i can consume nice features of the latest version of VM 

• vmalert will gain support for `query`, `first` and `value` functions in alerting templates. See the corresponding pull request.
• The /targets page will be displayed in user-friendly HTML instead of plaintext when requested from web browsers. See the corresponding pull request.

 

 

Acceptance Criteria:

• PMM uses VM 1.50.2   from  pmm-6401-v1.50.0 branch 

How to test:

• Regression of VM functionality
• Check targets
