The user creates an Alert rule with some Name1 and after some time wants to update the Rule e.g. with new details. Navigates to the Rules and there is only the Name1 and no details about the Template that this rule is using.
Create a new rule.
Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to Alert Rules and create Alert rule.
Click on the Edit button.
The Edit form doesn't contain any information about the name of the rule and Template.
Add Template and name to the "Edit rule" form.
