Inform users about the Template that they are editing and warn about limitations

User story:

• When I go to edit Alert rule Template I need to be able to see the summary of the Alert Rule Template so I have better understand of what I'm editing
• When I edit an Alert Rule Template I need to see a warning about changes on the name because it's "key" for this object and can't be changed so that I will not be surprised by an error message if I'll try to change it

• User is able to see the Summary text of the Alert Rule template as a "Title" for the Edit window
• User see the note about changes of name value

Details:
There is breaking change in API.
In Update request is required to specify name besides yaml.
Name in request have to be same as name inside yaml, otherwise error is returned.
