DBaaS: Ability to see DB Cluster creation/modification logs

User story:

• When I requested some action from the PMM and the actions errored for some reason I need to be able to see recent logs from all components so that I can understand and troubleshoot the problem

UI/UX:

Acceptance criteria

• user able to see the logs from "tucked" progress Bar
• Logs include all components related to this DB cluster operation
