Integrated Alerting: Easier-to-read rule details in Alert Rules list

User Impact:
Users can see already parsed Alert rules template expressions.

Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to IA>>>Alert Rules and check one (or create one)
The template's expression should be already resolved with the given params, i.e. "[[ .threshold ]]" kind of unparsed values should not come up there.

Actual result:
The expression's params are not parsed
Expected result:
The expression should be fully parsed with the params given
