Update VictoriaMetrics 1.52.0 to 1.53.1

What should be done:
PMM need to use the latest released version of VM

Why:

• This will fix the bugs that existed in VM,
• Simplify future updates
• Let us play with new features in VM

Benefit:

• New metrics in vmagent
• play more with extra_label field
• investigate usage of maxStepForPointsAdjustment
