User impact:
If a K8s cluster is registered and then stopped user will get error Cannot initialize K8s client: exit status 1... every 10 seconds
STR:
Go to DBaaS page and register K8s cluster
Go to DB Cluster tab and add a DB cluster
Destroy the K8s cluster (minikube stop for example)
Expected result:
No annoying errors, show the Kubernetes Cluster Status as Inactive instead
