Backup Management: Simple restore for MongoDB ReplicaSet

User story:

• As a PMM User, I need to be able to restore already taken Backup Artifact from Artifact lists so that I can use data on stored Service

• User able to restore a backup taken only from the current Service

Out of scope:

• Installing backup tool. We assume it's installed compatible with running MongoDB version and executable
• no remote Services, Local MongoDB  only support
