Consistent naming for STT -> Advisors

User story:

• As a PMM user, I'm expecting a Security Threat tool names and titles to be consistent with Advisors so I'm will not be confused by different names

Currently, several names used for STT, and we need to make them consistent.

UI/UX:

Acceptance criteria

• When UI "speaks" about STT we are using the terms Security Alerts, Security Rules, and Security Advisor
• Page URL's should be changed to the new ones but we should keep redirects inside the pmm server (for 3 releases as a minimum)
• Documentation
  • Update all existed doc's with text changes 
  • Update doc with a new UI 
  • a separate section in the doc about  Advisors (text will be from roma.novikov )

Out of scope:

• API renaming or adding an additional endpoints
• combining UI with Alerting
